These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Untitled Management Software ("UMS", "we", "us", or "our"), a student productivity app for managing courses, homework, notes, class schedules, and events.
Using UMS
You may use UMS to organize your schoolwork, including courses, assignments, notes, class sessions, schedules, events, reminders, and related study information. You are responsible for using the app in a lawful and appropriate way and for checking important academic deadlines with your school or instructor.
Accounts
You need an account to use the app. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. UMS is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.
Subscriptions And Billing
Some UMS features may require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and available plans are shown in the app or checkout flow before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider, and UMS does not directly store your full payment card details. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse UMS, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, harass others, violate intellectual property rights, or use UMS in a way that could damage the service or other users.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the courses, assignments, notes, events, files, and other content you add to UMS. You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the app. You are responsible for the content you add and for making sure you have the right to use it.
Google Calendar Integration
UMS can optionally connect to Google Calendar to sync UMS events with your selected Google Calendar. Google Calendar access is optional and only used for event sync features you choose to enable. You can disconnect Google Calendar in the app or revoke access from your Google Account settings.
Third-Party Services
UMS may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, billing, email delivery, calendar sync, analytics, and infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Disclaimers
UMS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every reminder, sync, imported item, or deadline will be accurate. UMS is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for official school systems, syllabi, or instructor communications.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, missed deadlines, academic outcomes, or service interruptions arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using UMS at any time and may delete your account from the app where available. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay required fees, or use UMS unlawfully.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app or our practices change. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice as appropriate. Your continued use of UMS after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
